Your information.
A clear approach.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This notice covers the Attoforce website, initial enquiries about our AI, Data and Cloud services, and job applications sent through our careers email links. It explains what information is involved, why it is used and how to contact us about it.

Who this notice covers

Attoforce operates through Attoforce Pte Ltd in Singapore and Attoforce Private Limited in India. Please use the contact below to ask which entity is handling your enquiry. Customer projects, recruitment and other services may have additional notices or agreements for their specific data processing.

Information we use and why

Enquiries. Email links open your own email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, the name and business details you provide, and the contents of your message or attachments. This information is used to respond, understand your requirements and manage the related conversation.

Job applications. Careers links open your email application. If you email careers@attoforce.ai, we receive your contact details, CV, relevant work examples and any other information you choose to share. We use this information to assess your application and communicate with you about the role. Please send only information relevant to recruitment, and avoid confidential customer materials or identity documents in an initial application.

Website delivery. A web connection communicates technical information such as an IP address, browser information and the requested page to the services delivering it. Hosting providers may keep security and access logs to operate and protect the website. These are separate from the analytics described below.

You can browse without submitting an enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, health information, identity documents or confidential customer datasets in an initial message. A visit or enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Analytics and search visibility

Plausible is configured for the public website to measure aggregate traffic and selected link clicks. Local previews do not load it.

The measurement includes page paths, referral sources, broad device and browser information, approximate location and clicks on offering or contact links. Our configuration removes URL query strings and fragments and does not send enquiry text, email subjects or names in custom events.

Plausible says it uses IP and browser information transiently to derive aggregate statistics and a daily identifier, without retaining the raw IP address or full browser user-agent. It does not use analytics cookies or track a visitor across days or websites. Its visitor data is processed in the EU. Read Plausible’s data policy for details.

Google Search Console helps us understand how the website appears in Google Search. This site does not include a Google Analytics tracker. Search Console verification does not itself add visitor tracking code.

Cookies and your display preference

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Choosing Day or Night saves only that display preference in this browser’s local storage. Auto follows your device’s setting and clears the saved choice. You can also remove it through your browser settings. This preference stays on your device and is not an analytics identifier.

Sharing and processing locations

Handling an enquiry or application may involve the relevant Attoforce team in Singapore or India and providers of email, hosting or other necessary support. Information may also need to be disclosed to professional advisers or where required by law. Information shared for these purposes should be limited to what is needed.

Our teams and service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards must be in place, including comparable protection for transfers from Singapore and the applicable Indian requirements. Contact us for information about the providers and locations relevant to your enquiry.

Retention and protection

Our policy is to keep enquiry and application information only while it is needed for the conversation, recruitment process, an ensuing relationship or a legal obligation, and then delete it or remove identifying details. The period depends on the purpose and applicable record-keeping requirements. Ask us about the information relating to your enquiry or request deletion using the contact below.

Personal information must be protected with reasonable safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including restricted access and appropriate provider arrangements. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect a privacy or security incident, contact us promptly so it can be assessed and any legally required notifications made.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask to review or correct information you supplied, request access or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for processing that relies on it, or raise a complaint. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue an enquiry or service; we will explain relevant consequences. Legal retention duties and other statutory exceptions may apply.

Email contact@attoforce.ai with the subject “Privacy request”. Describe the request, your country and enough context to locate the relevant conversation. We may need proportionate identity checks before disclosing or changing information; please do not attach an identity document unless a suitable process has been agreed.

Requests will be handled under the applicable law. For Singapore access or correction requests, if a response cannot be completed within 30 days, we will provide a written timeframe within that period. Where India’s 2011 SPDI grievance provision applies, grievances must be addressed within one month.

Singapore and India

Singapore. The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) provides for purpose notification, applicable consent requirements, access and correction, protection, retention limits and safeguards for overseas transfers. You can raise an unresolved concern with the Personal Data Protection Commission. See the PDPC’s guidance.

India. The Information Technology Act and the 2011 Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) Rules remain relevant where applicable. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. Under the notified timetable reviewed for this notice, the main processing obligations and individual-rights provisions commence in May 2027; they are not all in force on this notice’s update date. See the 2011 Rules and MeitY’s commencement notification.

External services and children

Following a LinkedIn or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. This business website is intended for professional enquiries, not for children to submit personal information. If a child’s information has been sent to us, contact us so we can assess and address it.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, contact contact@attoforce.ai. Please indicate whether your enquiry concerns Singapore or India so it can be routed appropriately.

We may update this notice when the website, processing arrangements or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
